We all want to lead happy, successful, and fulfilled lives deep inside. However, sometimes we get distracted by the chaos of life, so it clouds what we really want out of life. We claim to want a certain lifestyle, but we rarely ever actually pursue it appropriately. In fact, our desirable life seems so far fetched and as if it’s just something we’ve dreamed up in our minds.

I’m here to tell you… the life you desire isn’t just a dream. It is actually up to you to choose a lifestyle over the one you are currently living. The lifestyle you are used to and comfortable with living.

However, are you really truly comfortable if you aren’t happy, if you aren’t fulfilled?

It’s easy for us to get hung up on the negatives, what we lack in life, and the effort it might take to pursue what we truly desire. Yes, it will take daily effort to live the lifestyle you choose and to live each day with intention. With that being said though, you will begin to live a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life once you take that step.

Live with Intention. Choose Your Lifestyle. 8 Week Course

The course will have a different theme/lesson each week which focuses on bettering you and your life, including:

  • Love You First
  • The Art of Practicing Gratitude
  • Pursuing Your Goals
  • Stepping out of Your Comfort Zone
  • The Importance of Health & Fitness
  • Managing Anger
  • Learning to Let Go
  • Gaining Strength Through Hardships

Course Format:

  • The course package will include a members only Facebook community group, videos, downloadable & interactive printables, activities, challenges for you to complete, and coaching throughout the process. All content will be original: prepared & released by myself.
  • Each week you will receive the materials for the theme/lesson of that week. I will also be sharing videos, exercises, and activities for you to complete. There will also be a chance for discussions in the community page. You will also be able to reach out to me via Facebook, e-mail, or FaceTime/Skype.

Commitment:

  • If you are anything like me, then you have a busy life with so much going on! I totally understand that. You do not have to fill out the printables, do the activities, challenges, or participate in the discussions. However, you will get out of this course, what you put in.
  • You will get the most out of the course if you complete the materials within the week they are delivered. However, if you get a bit behind, you will be okay!
  • The course will start on July 18 (Monday) and end on September 9 (Friday).

Cost:

  • The early bird special is $49. This price is available at the date this post is published until July 14 (Thursday) at 11:30PM EST.
  • After 11:30PM EST on July 14, the cost goes to $65.
  •  I am dedicating a lot of time, effort, and heart into this course. I’m very passionate about helping others find fulfillment as I have in my life.
  • Because I see so much value in the lessons, activities, and challenges I am giving you, I am guaranteeing satisfaction or you get a FULL refund.
  • If you are not happy with the course or change your mind within the first two weeks of the program, then I will gladly give you a refund. The last day to un-enroll in order to receive a refund is July 30 (Saturday) by 11:30PM EST.

  • You will receive an e-mail with some introductory resources prior to the course start on July 18 (Monday).
